Abdukodir Khusanov visits the Uzbek embassy in London
Abdukodir Khusanov, a defender for Manchester City and the Uzbekistan national football team, visited the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United Kingdom, located in London.

During a warm conversation with Uzbekistan's Ambassador to the UK, Ravshan Usmanov, the young footballer discussed his career at one of the top clubs in the English Premier League, the challenging path he has taken in sports, his personal interests, and the growing attention being given to football in our country.
"We wish our compatriot, Manchester City defender Abdukodir Khusanov, continued success," wrote the diplomat on his social media page.
At the end of the meeting, the footballer gifted a signed jersey with the number 45 to the embassy administration as a memento.
It should be noted that 20-year-old Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov joined Manchester City from the French club Lens in a €40 million transfer. He has become the first Uzbek player in the Premier League and wears the jersey number 45.
Earlier, it was reported that Khusanov earns €3.5 million a year at Manchester City, making him the highest-paid Uzbek football player.
