UFA announced laureates of the year; Fayzullaev – best player of Uzbekistan in 2023

Today, December 26, the report meeting dedicated to the end of the year was held in the Uzbekistan Football Federation. In it, the results of Uzbek football in 2023 were summarized and the laureates of the year were announced.

• “Veteran of Uzbek football” – Lev Viktorovich Vakhtin;
• “Football enthusiast” – Tulagan Isakov;
• Andijan FA – “The best regional football association of the year”;
• “The best futsal coach of the year” – Nodir Eliboyev;
• “The best futsal player of the year” – Husniddin Nishonov;
• “The best player of the year in the Women’s High League” – Umida Zoirova;
• “The best coach of the year in women’s football” – Vladislav Khan;
• “Top scorer of the Women’s High League” – Diyora Habibullayeva.

Also, a group of officials, experts and football fans (Jahongir Usmonov and Bekzod Mamatkulov, Avaz Azizkhodjayev, Artel company, Rashid Talipov, Shavkat Abdurazzakov, Alisher Khodjayev) were awarded with the title of “Uzbek football enthusiast”.

Moreover, the following people have been recognized:

• “The best coach of the year” – Ravshan Haydarov;
• “The best young player of the year” – Abdukodir Husanov;
• “The best female football player of the year” – Lyudmila Karachik;
• “The best player of the year” – Abbosbek Fayzullayev.

During today’s event, the U-17 national team of Uzbekistan, which took part in the World Championship among players under the age of 17 held in Indonesia and was among the 8 strongest teams in the world, is also being honored.

UFA was recognized as the “Best Association” of 2023 by the Asian Football Confederation. Also, it was recognized as “The best sports federation of the year” among sports organizations in Uzbekistan.

In this regard, these prizes were handed over to the UFA President, Abdusalom Azizov.
