Bribery scandal: Man caught offering fake certification help to dozens of teachers
A man has been detained for allegedly offering to secure successful qualification outcomes for 50 teachers in exchange for a bribe. He was caught red-handed receiving $25,000 and 30 million UZS.

The suspect, identified as I.A., a resident of Shakhrikhan district in Andijan region, claimed he could help 50 teachers from the Jizzakh region pass their professional certification exams at the State Testing Center, allegedly through his “connections.”
According to the Jizzakh Regional Department of Internal Affairs, I.A. solicited money from the teachers in return for this illegal assistance. He was apprehended while receiving the funds from a teacher at a school in the Sharof Rashidov district.
An official inquiry into the case is currently underway.
