Tashkent region to raise water and sewage tariffs from July 1
New tariff rates for drinking water and wastewater services have been announced.

Starting from July 1 of this year, the prices for drinking water and wastewater services in Tashkent region will increase. This was confirmed by a resolution of the Tashkent Regional Council of People’s Deputies.
According to the resolution, the new rates including VAT are as follows:
Drinking water:
- For households: 1 m³ – 2,912 UZS (now 2,240 UZS)
- For budgetary organizations: 1 m³ – 16,800 UZS (now 10,080 UZS)
- For wholesale consumers: 1 m³ – 16,800 UZS (now 10,080 UZS)
Wastewater services:
- For households: 1 m³ – 1,456 UZS (now 1,120 UZS)
- For budgetary organizations: 1 m³ – 3,360 UZS (now 2,240 UZS)
- For wholesale consumers: 1 m³ – 3, 360 UZS (now 2,240 UZS)
