President Mirziyoyev congratulates graduating students, encourages them to strive for a better future
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended his heartfelt congratulations to school graduates on the occasion of the “Last Bell” ceremony, wishing them strength, good fortune, and success in pursuing their dreams and future plans.

“First and foremost, I sincerely congratulate you, dear graduates, on this joyful and unforgettable milestone in your life – successfully completing your school education, receiving your graduation certificate, and stepping into independent life. Today, as the final school bells ring across more than 10,000 schools in our country, with the participation of devoted teachers and respected parents, best wishes are being expressed to over 450,000 graduating students. Joining in these sincere sentiments, I wish you great energy, good luck, and victories in fulfilling your future aspirations,” the message reads.
According to the president, this year more than 11,500 students will graduate with gold medals and over 2,000 with silver medals.
“We are creating all the necessary conditions to ensure that our youth – future leaders of our nation – can become a constructive force in building the New Uzbekistan. Today, to help you master modern sciences and professions, foreign languages alongside your native tongue, as well as IT and innovative technologies, creativity, and entrepreneurship, 201 universities, 598 technical colleges, numerous mono-centers and technology parks, libraries, and institutions of culture, arts, and sports are operating effectively.
“In all levels of the education system, we are enhancing the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning, expanding opportunities for graduates through new systems, programs, and electronic platforms. I believe that you will wisely make use of these unmatched opportunities, cherish every golden moment of your youth, and grow into capable professionals and conscientious, noble individuals who will serve our people with dedication and proudly defend our nation’s independence and interests in every field,” the message says.
The president emphasized that to earn a worthy place in life and gain the respect and recognition of society, one must embrace both national and universal values, strive forward, and never stop exploring and learning.
“Honest and diligent work, devotion to knowledge, one’s profession, family, and parents – these are what elevate a person and bring light and meaning to their life. Especially for energetic and determined youth like you, learning from the dynamic pace of our times, achieving progress every day, strengthening your will through trials, and always moving forward is the way to go.
“I am confident that your new ideas and initiatives, as well as your achievements across various fields, will make an invaluable contribution to building the material and spiritual foundations of a stronger New Uzbekistan. Your beloved school, dear teachers, caring parents, and the entire nation are looking forward to your great deeds and bright accomplishments. Always live up to this high expectation! Never tire of striving, discovering, and creating! May your first steps into independent life be blessed, my dear sons and daughters!” the president concluded.
