On April 1, 2025, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade, Shohruh Gulomov, met with a delegation of German experts in education and migration.
The delegation included directors of Germany’s regional chambers of commerce and industry, as well as heads of investment companies established by the GP Günter Papenburg AG holding.
During the meeting, discussions were held on cooperation in several promising areas.
One of the key topics was the implementation of joint projects to train Uzbek youth in cutting-edge technologies and facilitate their employment in German enterprises.
Additionally, there are plans to grant privileges to German specialists working in Uzbekistan.
Another significant issue discussed was the potential recognition of Uzbek diplomas in Germany and the inclusion of Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions and vocational colleges in ANABIN, the information database of the German Ministry of Education.
