Technical issue delays Tashkent – Phu Quoc flight by 22 hours
The aircraft was returned to the terminal from the runway. Air Samarkand has commented on the incident.

Flight 9S-1021 from Tashkent to Phu Quoc, originally scheduled for 23:55 on February 21, was delayed due to a technical issue, according to Air Samarkand’s press service.
During acceleration, the flight crew detected landing gear vibrations and, in accordance with safety protocols, decided to abort takeoff. The aircraft was returned to the terminal for a detailed inspection by the engineering team.
Diagnostics revealed the need to replace a specific component, and work is currently underway to install the replacement.
Once the issue is resolved, the aircraft will undergo an additional safety inspection.
Passengers have been accommodated in a hotel.
The revised departure time is expected to be 22:00 on February 22.
