Mobile phone imports to Uzbekistan grew by 23.5% in 2024
Uzbekistan imported approximately 4.2 million mobile phones in 2024, marking a 23.5% increase compared to the previous year, according to the State Statistics Committee.

China remains the largest supplier of mobile phones to Uzbekistan, accounting for 3.4 million units, a 9.7% increase from 2023. However, China's share of the total import volume slightly decreased, now making up just under 81%.
Vietnam ranks second, more than doubling its mobile phone exports to Uzbekistan to 589,400 units. Vietnam’s share of the total import volume sharply rose to 14%.
India secured third place, supplying 113,600 phones—three times more than the previous year—boosting its share of the total imports to 2.7%.
In addition, 46,000 units were imported from Hong Kong, while just over 5,000 phones were sourced from other countries.
