Shahram Giyosov remains undefeated with 16th professional win
A professional boxing event took place in Santa Monica, USA, as part of the "Riyadh Season" series of competitions.

Shahram Giyosov (16-0, 9 KOs), ranked first in the welterweight division, faced Mexican fighter Miguel Parra (22-5-1, 14 KOs) in a full 10-round bout.
The Uzbek boxer started the fight with an advantage, but by the 6th round, Parra managed to balance the situation. However, Shahram regained momentum and almost knocked down his opponent in the 7th round. The referee did not start the count, considering the hit a low blow. In the end, Shahram won by points with scores of 94:95, 95:94, and 96:93.
Thus, the 31-year-old professional boxer from Uzbekistan secured his 16th victory.
