Qanot Sharq Airlines launches regular flights between Bukhara and Jeddah
Qanot Sharq Airlines, a local carrier, commences regular flights on the Bukhara – Jeddah – Bukhara route, with weekly flights conducted using the Airbus A320 aircraft.

Beginning February 7, Qanot Sharq has introduced a direct two-way flight service to the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The airline's aircraft landed at Bukhara International Airport at 10:03 Tashkent time, marking the start of its regular flights along the Bukhara — Jeddah — Bukhara route, as reported by Uzbekistan Airports.
It is noted that passenger flights from Bukhara to Jeddah will be operated once a week on Mondays on Airbus A320 aircraft.
Qanot Sharq had previously successfully conducted its inaugural flight from Namangan International Airport to Jeddah. Until that point, the airline had been operating flights to Saudi Arabia only from the city of Tashkent.
For reference, Qanot Sharq Airlines' fleet includes Airbus A320, A321neo, and A330 aircraft, which it uses for domestic and international cargo and passenger flights.
