According to the presidential decree “On priority measures for the implementation of the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, starting from September 1 of this year, a procedure for free visits to cultural heritage sites by citizens of Uzbekistan under the age of 18 will be introduced.
In particular, children and teenagers will be able to visit historical monuments, shrines, state museums and exhibitions free of charge.
This decision was made in order to implement the provisions on the formation in children and youth of feelings of love for the Motherland and pride in the rich cultural heritage of the nation, defined by Article 78 of the Constitution in the new edition.
